We have had our property valued by an Estate Agent, isn't this it's true worth?
Not necessarily. Please bear in mind that the Estate Agent is not actually buying your property, nor are they making a commitment to sell it at their valuation price.
The Estate Agent business is very competitive. To such an extent where some have been known to deliberately overvalue properties just to get them onto their books. The properties are never actually sold at the overvalued price and eventually have to be reduced to a more realistic price in order to make the sale (which again is not guaranteed!). Speedy House Buyers offer a you guaranteed sale with no fees attached.
Do I have to accept your offer straight away?
No, you are under no obligation. Our offer will remain valid for 28 days.
How are my debts paid off?
The appointed solicitor will pay off any secured debts on completion and transfer the remaining lump sum directly into your bank account.
Do you buy properties in all areas?

What about if I'm struggling to meet my mortgage repayments?
So long as there is sufficient equity in your property, Speedy House Buyers can buy your property, even if you are threatened with repossession.
Can I use my own solicitor?
Yes, however we only cover your legal fees if you use one of our recommended panel solicitors.
